My name is Delisha Ramsay, founder of REIVA — a wellness-centered lifestyle ecosystem built on the belief that life is meant to be experienced intentionally, boldly, and in alignment with who we are becoming.
REIVA was created during a season of transformation in my life — a chapter of alignment, growth, and new beginnings. After years of navigating leadership, structure, and service through my military career, I began to realize that wellness is not just about rest. It’s about freedom. It’s about healing, purpose, connection, and creating a life that genuinely feels aligned from the inside out.
What started as a passion for travel and entrepreneurship evolved into something much deeper: a vision for a community and brand that empowers people to reconnect with themselves through transformative experiences, intentional living, financial growth, and meaningful connection.
REIVA represents becoming grounded enough to grow into who you were always meant to be.
Just like a tree, growth begins at the roots. Before anything can flourish outwardly, it must first be rooted properly. I believe many people spend so much time chasing destinations, titles, success, or survival that they forget to nurture the foundation within themselves.
REIVA is deeply personal to me because it represents not only where I’ve been, but where I’m going. It reflects the woman I am becoming — someone committed to growth, alignment, leadership, and creating impact through purpose-driven experiences.
